Thirsty Thursdays with Bolthouse Farms
A really cool drink I tried was the Acai +10 Superblend. I've never tried a drink with so many fruits in one drink before! It had a total of 11 super fruits and exotic fruits that I normally only get to eat when I'm traveling abroad. It has Acai Berries, Noni Berries, Pomegranates, Raspberries, Blueberries, Mangosteens, Seabuckthorn, Yumberries, Black Currants, Goji Berries, and Bilberries all packed into that tiny bottle. How cool is that? Also, if you're not into drinks that are too healthy, then I'd recommend at least trying their Watermelon Mint Lemonade. It was so good! I finished the whole bottle myself in no time. I hate drinks that are overly sweet and artificial tasting.
Make sure to check out Bolthouse Farms' website to see all the cool products they have. Another way to use these juices is to use them in cocktails and cocktails. So in honor of Thirsty Thursday, every Thursday from now until July 30th, Bolthouse will be hosting a livestream on Periscope and Meerkat with LA's best bartenders. Fans will be able to watch and interact in real time on Periscope and Meerkat with L.A.’s drink personalities as they share bar stories, answer questions and create new summer cocktail (and mocktail) recipes using their favorite seasonal ingredients. Last week's host was Josh Goldman (Belcampo Meat Co., Soigné Group). Future series hosts will include “Godfather of Cocktails” Vincenzo Marianella of Copa D’Oro and The Independence; Joseph Brooke of Spike’s “Bar Rescue” fame and winner of "On the Rocks: The Search for America's Best Bartender" reality show; and Matthew Biancaniello, known for his culinary cocktails at bar programs across Los Angeles and author of the forthcoming cocktail book, “Eat Your Drink.” The Borscht Belt
