Salt & Straw Fermentation Series Preview
Who doesn't love some quality ice cream? Portland institution Salt & Straw has been taking over Los Angeles lately. They just opened up in Studio City about a month ago and I finally had a chance to stop by. They are currently running a Fermentation Series with some awesomely bizarre, yet tasty flavors. The next special will be a Berry Series. Dill Pickle Gelato? Fish Sauce Caramel? Watch on to see what I thought!
I love the quality ice cream from Salt & Straw. They have 'normal' flavors as well so don't feel the need to try their crazier variations like I did. I'm just THAT person who loves to try anything funky and weird. If you do decide to go all out, don't worry if you don't love all the flavors. You can sample and try all you want.
