Hi, guys! I'm a huge history and food culture nerd, and I'm always grateful when I get the chance to dive deep into both. I learned about Good Alley six months before they opened and was instantly inspired by their chef, their menu, and the owner's passion for spreading culture and awareness around a lesser-known dumpling in the U.S. I couldn't wait to share it with you all!
