Your Ultimate Boba List Curated By Me!

For my avid followers, I’m sure it’s no surprise that I finally came out with an ultimate boba list for you. I remember back in grad school, I would drink two large boba drinks myself EACH day. I know, I know. It was crazy. Of course, now I’m down to two or three a week with less sugar. I still love boba and I don’t see that ever changing so enjoy my must-visit boba tea shops in the SGV. They’re in no particular order so don’t take the number too seriously. That actually wasn’t my doing.

The San Gabriel Valley is home to the largest number of Asian-Americans in the U.S., so it’s no surprise that it also boasts the highest number of boba shops per capita. From modest shops that sell drinks for little more than $3 to fancy purveyors charging $10 a pop, boba is an essential part of the local community. Here now are the 10 essential boba shops in the San Gabriel Valley.
