Celebrate The Garlic Fair With An All Garlic Menu

Garlic lovers, were you bummed when you missed out on the world-famous Gilroy Garlic Festival last month? Well, you're in luck because Chaya Venice is celebrating their 19th annual Garlic Fair by offering a special garlic menu as a month-long ode to the stinky yet delicious bulb. Chaya Venice is offering 10 garlic-filled and fusion-inspired dishes, and even garlic desserts and cocktails. On the menu are several intriguing items such as a bacon garlic cocktail, a Korean-style Wagyu garlic and kimchi fried rice, and even a spicy garlic seafood squid ink noodle, among others. For the hardcore garlic eater, Chaya has a juicy, 16-ounce rib eye steak that comes with 40-cloves of garlic sauce and a side of garlic au jus and garlic mashed potatoes, just in case you were afraid that 40-cloves wouldn't be enough.
