Napoleon's Macarons Debuts Gelato Macarons!
What do you get when you put two of my favorite sweets together? Answer: sweet, sweet deliciousness! Napoleon's Macarons just launched their brand new product. It's called the Gelato Pot de Macaron and I was so excited. Can you tell?
Say hello to the Gelato Pot de Macaron. It's a combination of flavors of gelato and sorbet. Napoleon's Macarons currently has 4 flavors: Vanilla Creme Brûlée, Strawberry Pistachio, Coconut Passion Fruit, Mango Caramel.
Here are the flavors spread out. How pretty are they? I love how the colors pop. I wish you guys had smell-o-vision because I could smell the aroma of the macarons when I opened the containers. It smelled like I was in a bakery!
I'm a big fan of macarons and these Gelato Pot de Macarons were perfect for the hot summer day in LA. The gelato was soft and the flavors paired well with the macaron flavors. I've been a big fan of Napoleon's Macarons ever since I met the owner Raz during a macaron making class. That class made me realize that 1) I'm not meant to be a master macaron baker and 2), that I should stick to buying Raz's delicious macarons. Raz is from Lyons, France and specializes in macarons. He has two Napoleon's Macarons locations in Los Angeles. You can find them at The Americana at Brand and in the Westfield Topanga Mall. Raz always comes up with new seasonal macaron flavors and these Gelato Pot de Macarons are just his latest invention. I really liked them! Thumbs up! Have you tried yet?
