Miffy Popsicles
Hong Kong is notorious for all things cute so you know I just had to race to the Miffy Pop-up once I found out it was going on! Unrelated to Hello Kitty, Miffy is actually a female rabbit from a series of books written by a Dutch artist. What I love about Hong Kong is that there's always something new going on!There are 6 different flavors. Flavors include: strawberry, cheesecake, green tea matcha with red bean, HK egg waffle, chocolate, pomelo, coconut milk, and mango. Each popsicle was $50 HK, which is approximately $7ish dollars US. Each day the pop up location only sold 100 popsicles. In addition to the cute pop-up, there were also a bunch of Miffy statues all over for photo opportunities. Children also had a little play area where they got Miffy hats and Miffy goodies to color with. So thoughtful! I ended up purchasing the pomelo, coconut milk, and mango Miffy and my nephew asked for a chocolate flavored one. Needless to say, the 3 year old loved it. For me, it was a bit messy to eat in the middle of a crowded street. The popsicles were definitely super kawaii though!
Unfortunately, the Miffy pop up has ended. Stay tuned for more adventures from HK! Don't forget to check out my Instagram to see my Hello Kitty dimsum and Pompompurin Dog Cafe adventures! @kristiehang
