Enjoying a hot bowl of pho.... yum!

and an order of bahn xeo, which for those of you that don't know is basically like a delicious crepe

and an order of bahn beo. Unfortunately the ban beo does not taste as good as the the one from

Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa in Rosemead.

This is the nem nuong aka char-boiled pork spring rolls , which they make pretty good here at Noodle City-but the best nem nuong cuon hands down is from Brodard Restaurant in Westminister.

The goi cuon (shrimp rolls) here is really good though. Not too dry, really good!
